Three weeks ago, I arrived to Riverside and start arranging my stuff. Unfortunately, the apartment where I live is not supported with the Internet Service. So, I started looking for internet providers and apply for the service. I chose AT & T company to be my internet provider, I went to the store to check out for their plans, and filled the application with the whole information needed, and finally I paid the fees for this subscription. After I paid, the store representative gave me an activation date for the service which was on the 1st of April, so I left the store thinking how much smooth the application was processed and finalized, since I am going to wait only for 3 days.
The next day I found a lot of missed calls in my cell phone!! and that was AT & T store they were trying to tell me that my application had been cancelled with no any reason, so they request me to come over to the store and reapply again. Anyways, I reapplied again for the service and they gave me another activation date to be on the 7th of April, I didn't accept that because that was their fault and they have to give me sooner date, the representative tried his best to make it on the 4th, well .. that satisfied me.
The fourth day arrived and the service wasn't working, I assumed it would work on the 7th, but unfortunately even the 7th wasn't a helpful day. I went again to the store to find out what is going on!! I met the same guy the one who arranged my application and I explained to him my problem. After long discussion and much of apologies from him, he told to me the problem wasn't from his side and he gave me another activation date to be on the 11th, thus I left the store with madness feelings.
On the 11th day, was it working? actually it wasn't. At that moment, I started to search for another internet provider because that was really too much and I fed up. Unfortunately, AT & T as far as I know was the only provider for the place that I live in. So, I have to deal with it and try to fix it by any means.
I went to the store and I asked them that I need to complain against this mess, and try to find out where the problem is and fix it. After three more days, their higher management response to my complain and assured to me that the whole mess was cased by their system since they could not find my address but eventually they could fix it.
I think what happened with AT & T gave me a good lesson in patience especially if there are no choices and options.

I think a service in US is not quite good. you know I'm from Korea. In Korea, most of service is very nice. For example, If you want to use internet even wireless internet you could use in 2 hours after you register. Even the wireless is quite good. You can use everywhere in seoul(capital) even inside subway. Even it's very quick. I'd been over 10 countries but I didn't find any country or city which have faster internet than Korea. So after I moved in US I was impatient at slowness.
Well, whatever now it's working right? Don't worry anymore and If it's happen again just change the company to verizon.. haha
Yes,bed things happens.Sometimes we may have alot of troubles which from our own life,and it is even worse when we are alone and have to support ourselves.But,I think this is life,and we can not feel the sweetness without the mass trivial things.Anyway,the point is whether you have tried your best,and that is it.We can live in this real world with our dreamsO(∩_∩)O
